Murugadoss in association with Fox Star Studios. The film features Arya, Jai, Nayantara, Nazriya Nazim, Santhanam and Sathyaraj in the lead roles. It received 'U' Certificate from Central Board of Film Certification. The film released worldwide on 27 September 2013. The film received positive reviews from critics.
